Our Policies
Deposit
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £30 is required. This will be deducted from the remaining balance, which is payable at your appointment.
Your appointment will be held for 24 hours. If we do not receive your deposit within this time, your booking will be cancelled and the appointment slot may be offered to another client.
Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be lost and the remaining balance of your treatment will also be due.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. If you wish to book another appointment, a new deposit will be required to confirm your booking.
If you need to rearrange your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. In this instance, the full treatment fee will become payable.
Consultation & Consent
Your safety is our priority. Before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form and provide informed consent for your treatment. This allows us to assess your medical history, discuss your skin concerns and goals, identify any contraindications, and ensure your treatment is safe and suitable for you.
Please note:
- Consultation forms must be completed before treatment begins.
- Some treatments may require a patch test before your appointment.
- Treatment cannot be carried out if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
- Clients under the age of 18 cannot receive treatment without the appropriate consent, where applicable.
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete the necessary consultation and consent forms before treatment.

Your information is only used for providing our services, managing appointments, maintaining client records, and meeting professional and insurance requirements. Your information will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Before and after photographs will only be taken with your permission and will never be used for promotional purposes without your seperate consent.
Client information is stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet your professional obligations.
