If you would like to book in with us, you can select the BOOK NOW button on the home page, Skin Menu page OR the contact page. This will take you to my simple and easy booking system where you can select the treatment and book instantly, this will then. automatically confirm for you.

How Long Will My Treatment Take?

The duration depends on which facial you choose, if you head over to our Skin Menu page, you will be able to see the listed facials here which includes the approximate duration time.

How Often Should I Have A Facial / Treatment?

For the best results, we recommend having a facial every 2-4 weeks depending on the type of facial. This aligns with your skin's natural renewal cycle helping to support healthy cell turnover while keeping your complexion clear, balanced and radiant. For clients looking to achieve more targeted results, we also offer a crash courses for Chemical Peel which includes 4 sessions and could be done every 2 weeks.We also offer a crash course for Microneedling which is 4 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart. A crash course of 4 can be done twice yearly (6 months apart). Or just once every 4 weeks. Please also note that a course isn't always needed. Dermaplaning is every 3-4 weeks.Microneedling - Every 4 weeks.If alternating, (Peel, Dermaplaning, Microneedling), a 4 week gap must be left in-between.

If you're a new client and unsure on which facial is right for you, I recommend booking the Loume Signature Facial. This treatment includes a thorough skin consultation, where we'll assess your skin type, discuss any concerns, and create a personalised treatment plan. Your facial will be tailored to target your specific skin concerns and help you achieve your skincare goals.

Can I Have A Treatment If I'm Pregnant Or Breastfeeding?

Yes, you can have certain treatments, as long as you are over 12 weeks pregnant. Please make sure you inform us before your appointment so we can tailor treatment accordingly.

What Is The Aftercare Advice?

Please note that personalised aftercare advice will be discussed with you after every treatment, as aftercare varies depending on the treatment that is performed. Avoid wearing make-up for at least six hours after facial treatment.Always cleanse and moisturise your face daily. Always remove all all traces of make-up at the end of the day.Drink plenty of water (we recommend 6-8 glasses per day) Eat healthy, balanced diet - include at least five portions of fruit and vegetables.Do not undertake any other facial skincare treatments within 48 hours of having a facial.Avoid sun exposure for up to 12 hour and apply SPF daily. Avoid direct heat, such as; saunas, hot baths / showers, or hot hair dryer. Do not apply perfume of perfumed products to treatment area within 48 hours of having a facial.Do not apply any other exfoliating skincare products for 72 hours after having a facial. For some treatments, you may experience tenderness, redness, tightness and dryness for 2-5 days after the treatment.

Do not exfoliate at least 24 hours before appointmnetPlease arrive with no / minimal makeupAvoid sun exposure / sun beds at least 48 hours before appointment Don't wax, thread or shave area up to 48 hours before appointment Know your at home products as we will ask about this before we carry out treatmentIf you're wanting to go to the gym / workout, please make sure you do this before treatment as we advise not to for at least 24 hours afterDo not get eyelash extensions 48 hours before your appointment as we use steamer, therefore your glue may not have set yet which may cause them to fall outAvoid dermal fillers & anti-wrinkle treatments 7-14 days before appointmentAvoid the use of Benzoyl Peroxide facial skin products 7 days before appointmentIf you have had use of Roaccutane within the last 12 months, we will not be able to treat you
