My Story

My name is Amy and my journey into skincare has always been rooted in a genuine love for skin and helping people feel confident in themselves. Before starting Loume Aesthetics, I worked within the makeup & skin industry, where I discovered just how much I loved learning about skincare, ingredients and the way we can support  our skin through the right treatments and products.

During Covid, my own skin journey changed everything. I suffered with severe acne for a few years, and it became something that deeply affected my confidence. Instead of accepting it as something I just had to live with, I invested my time, money and energy into researching, learning and understanding what my skin truly needed. Through that process, I discovered a passion for skin health and realised how powerful the right knowledge, treatments and advice can be.

I left the industry to travel around the world and whilst travelling, I found myself constantly thinking about skincare and dreaming about creating my own business from home - a space where I could help people feel confident in their own skin.

Loume Aesthetics was created from that dream. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where every client feels listened to, understood and cared for. I believe every skin journey is unique, and the best results come from understanding your skin, your concerns and your goals.

I have a particular passion for acne and congested skin because I know first-hand how challenging it can feel. I've been through that journey myself, I understand the frustration, the impact it can have on confidence, and how important it is to have someone who truly relates.

My aim is not only to provide advanced facial treatments, but to help you understand your skin, create realistic treatment plans and support you throughout your journey to healthier, happier skin.
